LegacyForge AI LLC — legal
AI Disclosure
Last updated: June 11, 2026
Most companies bury their AI usage in a footnote. We can't — running a business on AI is literally our pitch. So here is exactly how artificial intelligence is used at LegacyForge AI LLC, which systems are involved, and where the humans are.
AI built much of what you're looking at
This website was designed and engineered by our AI staff working under our founder's direction — the same way we build for clients. Parts of the site's media were AI-generated: the background score and sound effects (ElevenLabs), the logo animation (xAI Grok), and the real-time 3D world was AI-written code. A human (Jake) directed, reviewed, and approved every piece.
The systems we use
Our AI staff runs primarily on Anthropic Claude models. Depending on the task, we also use xAI Grok (research, media generation) and ElevenLabs (voice and audio). Client work may involve any of these; if a specific engagement requires different or additional AI processors, we say so in that engagement.
The live feed is real
The "LegacyForge Ops" console on our homepage streams genuine, sanitized activity from the AI agents that operate our sister company, Legacy In Motion. It shows aggregate, templated events only — never customer names, messages, or personal information.
Your inquiries and AI
When you contact us, our AI staff may read your inquiry, draft a response, or organize follow-up. A human owns the relationship and the decisions. We don't use your inquiry to train AI models, and we don't feed your information to third parties beyond the processors described in our Privacy Policy.
Honest limits
AI systems make mistakes — confidently, sometimes. That's why every client deliverable gets human review before it ships, and why our agents operate with guardrails on what they can send and to whom. If an AI-driven process of ours ever gets something wrong with you, tell us and a human will fix it: support@legacyforgeai.com.
