Sioux Falls, SD — AI systems for real businesses

We don't sell AI.We run our company on it.

Our fitness company is run day-to-day by three AI agents we built — answering customers at 3am, writing the marketing, handling the busywork — while one guy sleeps. Now we build the same systems for local businesses.

01The problem

You didn't start your business to do this stuff.

MISSED CALLS

You're on a ladder, under a sink, with a customer. The phone rings. That caller doesn't leave a voicemail — they call the next guy in the list.

NO WEBSITE (OR ONE FROM 2014)

People check you out online before they ever call. If there's nothing there — or something that looks abandoned — they assume you are too.

NO TIME

Quotes, invoices, follow-ups, scheduling. The stuff that happens after the real work. That's your nights and weekends right now.

None of this needs you to do it. It just needs to get done.

03What we build

What we build.

Websites in days, not months.

Most local businesses we meet have no site, or one nobody's touched in years. We build modern, fast sites in days. You're looking at one right now — this site went from nothing to live in a night.

Most sites land between $1,500 and $3,500, one-time — and you see the finished site before you pay a dollar. Want us to keep running it? Care plans from $99/mo.

this page is the portfolio.

AI staff that never clocks out.

A receptionist that answers every call and text. Follow-up that actually happens. Support at 2am. The same kind of agents that run our company.

The boring stuff, automated.

Scheduling, reminders, invoices, reports. If you do it every week and hate it, it's probably automatable. We'll find it.

04The process

We build it first. You pay if you want it.

No proposals, no decks, no six-month timeline. Here's the whole thing:

01

Tell us what eats your time.

Fill out the form below. Takes two minutes. Or just call.

02

We build a working version.

Days, not months. A real site, a real agent — something you can click, not a mockup.

03

Keep it or walk.

If it's not obviously worth it, you owe us nothing and you keep the conversation. No hard feelings.

Who's behind this

Built by a guy who needed it first.

I'm Jake. I supervise hospital security on night shifts in Sioux Falls. A few years ago I weighed 308 pounds. I lost 112 and turned the comeback into a fitness company. I couldn't afford employees — so I built an AI team instead. They run the company while I'm at work or asleep.

That's what LegacyForge is: I build for your business what I built for mine. You'll always talk to me — no account managers, no jargon, no six-month timelines.

06Straight answers

The questions everyone asks.

What does it cost?

Most sites land between $1,500 and $3,500 one-time, depending on size — and you see the finished site before you pay anything. If you want us to keep running it (hosting, updates, changes), care plans start at $99/mo. No surprises, no hourly meters.

How long does a site actually take?

Days. We build a working version first — usually inside a week of the first conversation. The site you're on was built in two nights.

Who owns it when it's done?

You do. The domain, the design, the code — all yours. No hostage situations, no platform lock-in, no monthly ransom to keep your own website.

What does hosting cost?

Usually nothing to almost nothing — modern sites like this one run on infrastructure with generous free tiers. If your site outgrows that, you'll know because business is good.

What do you need from me?

About an hour: what you do, who calls you, and a few photos if you have them. We handle everything else — words, design, setup, the lot.

What if I don't like it?

You walk away and owe nothing. We build first because the work sells itself — and if it doesn't, that's our problem, not yours.

07The ask

What eats your time?

Tell me the most annoying part of running your business. I'll tell you straight if we can fix it — and build you a working version before you pay anything.
